Sow Outdoors: Usually started in an outdoor seedbed or modules, then transplanted to final spacing once sturdy.

Give savoy cabbage full spacing and rich ground so the heads can develop properly rather than staying loose and small. Protect from butterflies and birds where needed, and enjoy the crop after cool weather has improved sweetness and leaf texture.
