Care tips
Start celeriac early under cover so plants have time to make good-sized bulbs, and never allow growth to stall from drought or poor nutrition. Keep moisture constant through summer, remove outer leaves and expose the crown as it swells, and trim side growth only if you specifically want cleaner exhibition-style roots.
